Holly is a versatile and accomplished individual who has excelled in various industries throughout her career. She first began her journey in the thoroughbred racehorse industry, where she honed her skills by breaking and exercising some of the world's finest horses in Galloway, Ohio. Her passion and dedication led her to establish her own public racing stable at the young age of 24.

Seeking new challenges, Holly transitioned into breaking and training pleasure horses for some of the country's top executives. Her expertise and knowledge in this field allowed her to train the national champion Clydesdale English and Western pleasure horse in 2014, a remarkable achievement that took place in Indianapolis.

However, Holly's ambitions did not stop there. Together with her life and business partner, she ventured into the residential and commercial painting business, building a successful enterprise from the ground up. Their commitment to quality and professionalism earned them a stellar reputation in the industry.

Recognizing the potential of real estate as a lucrative investment, Holly delved into extensive research and design to construct a barndominium home. With her exceptional management skills, she efficiently allocated funds and served as the general contractor for the project. The result was a home that not only met her expectations but was also appraised for more than double the initial investment.

Myra is an experienced professional with a diverse background, excelling as an executive director at United States Tennis Association, and establishing herself as a reliable partner in the corporate travel services industry. As a travel director, she thrived in high-pressure situations, working closely with her team to manage large-scale corporate events and incentive trips, ensuring smooth and successful travel experiences for clients and their attendees.

Driven by a desire to maximize the potential of her real estate assets, Myra ventured into the world of real estate investing. Starting with a single-family rental property and an underutilized vacation home, she quickly recognized the opportunities in multifamily passive investing.
